Descripción
Monovarietal elaborado con Garnacha de intenso color granate, aromas a moras y notas especiadas. Es un vino de gran estructura y concentración con un ligero amargor final que proporciona longitud en boca. Tiene certificación ecológica y vegana.
Se recomienda decantarlo para conseguir la máxima expresión del vino.

There is a new range of reds produced with Garnacha and Cariñena grapes with no added sulfur (but that's not used as a sales argument; it's not even mentioned on the back label...). The 2021 Serres Velles Garnatxa is a bit reductive and has an earthy and faintly rustic side, alive and a bit wild. This is quite fresh, perfumed and floral with 13% alcohol and some herbal notes, and it has a medium-bodied palate and fine tannins. It matured in used French oak barrels and concrete. 9.072 bottles produced.
