Opinión de los críticos

Tim Atkin:

Maite Fernández makes this co-pressed, co-fermented rosado with an unusual combination of Graciano, 30% Garnacha Blanca and 20% Garnacha Tinta. Juicy, sappy and mouthwateringly fresh, it has flavours of rooibos tea, raspberry and red cherry, plenty of acidity and a waft of mountain herbs. 2026-29

The Wine Advocate:

The pale salmon-colored rosé 2024 Risueño took time to open up in the glass, but with patience, it reveals aromas of dry rose petals and aromatic herbs, talcum powder and a citrus twist that make it very attractive. The vibrant palate reflects the unusual mix of grapes, 50% Graciano, 30% Garnacha Blanca and 20% Garnacha Tinta; so, this is a clarete, mixing red and white grapes that show the vibrant acidity of Graciano. It has contained ripeness and good freshness, reflected in the 13.5% alcohol, a pH of 3.3 and 6.38 grams of acidity. The three varieties, from three vineyards, were pressed together and fermented like a white with no maceration, 70% in Flextank and 30% in stainless steel, where it matured with fine lees until it was bottled. 1,800 bottles were filled in mid-March 2025.
