Uno es la carta de presentación definitiva de Tenuta di Carleone, elaborado a partir de una meticulosa selección de las mejores parcelas de Sangiovese que posee la propiedad en Radda. Un vino de finura imponente, donde la garra caliza del suelo se une a una fruta de una pureza conmovedora. Sin duda una referencia que merece su lugar con firmeza en el olimpo de los grandes tintos de la región.

Clear, intense ruby colour, fine shimmer. Very clear and precise nose, compact and multi-layered, opens with fine spice notes, lots of cherry, some blackberry and dark pepper. Flourishes on the palate, opens up with fine tannins, has continuously increasing drive, spice and juicy on the long finish.
The 2021 Uno (closed with a white wax capsule) shows a medium-dark garnet appearance with pretty color saturation. This is 100% Sangiovese with fruit sourced from the village of Radda. There is a slightly wild side to the bouquet with fresh iris, pressed rose and cassis. Uno does a great job of bringing out both the delicate fruit tones and the floral side of the grape. Its texture is silky, long and polished. Annual production is about 20,000 bottles.
A really beautiful and delicious red with fresh red berries, citrus peel, peppery notes and hints of crushed stones. Minerally and crisp on the palate, with a medium body and dusty, well-integrated tannins. Very balanced and consistent. Delicate on the palate with a lot of freshness and vibrancy. Drink or hold.
