A juicio del crítico James Suckling, Edouard Delaunay Bourgogne Pinot Noir Septembre es un monovarietal con "una personalidad borgoñona muy auténtica". La Pinot noir despliega una delicada aromaticidad afrutada complementada con notas de salvia, tierra, almendra garrapiñada y un toque especiado, dando paso a una boca amplia y delicada.

James Suckling:

This pinot noir has a very authentic Burgundian personality, with an attractive interplay of cherry and earth aromas plus a touch of bark character. Sleek and emphatically dry on the medium-bodied palate, it has a healthy backbone of tannins and bright acidity that moves it briskly across the palate. Nice savory and earthy notes in the surprisingly long finish. Drink or hold.
