Resalte Essences Cuvée representa la máxima expresión de la filosofía de la bodega y un regreso enriquecido a las antiguas tradiciones de Ribera del Duero, donde el valor residía en el conocimiento del terruño y el mestizaje temporal. Rompiendo con la rigidez de las etiquetas de un único año, este vino es un magistral ensamblaje que reúne tres cosechas sobresalientes: 2020, 2021 y 2022. Concebido como una auténtica obra de coleccionista debido a su limitadísima producción de poco más de 1.500 botellas, encarna el "saber hacer" acumulado de una región.

The Wine Advocate:

The pricey NV Essences Nº3 is the third version of this multi-vintage blend, on this occasion mixing wines from the 2020, 2021 and 2022 vintages. It comes through as heady, perfumed and a little oaky but more floral and finer-boned than its siblings. It was produced with Tempranillo, Garnacha and Albillo grapes from a field blend in a very old plot in the village of Pedrosa where the soils are covered with gravel and have clay and limestone below, and the Garnacha and the white grapes provide more silkiness, lightness and acidity. The wine spent 14 months on average in barrel, and the older wines are kept in clay jars for three years. 1,584 bottles were filled in March 2024.
