Estructurado, vibrante y persistente. Como todos los pinot noirs de la casa destaca por su intensidad, la presencia de fruta negra madura en nariz y su firme tanicidad. Magnífico potencial de envejecimiento. Resulta perfecto para acompañar cualquier plato.

James Suckling:

This small-production bottling is super savory in aroma and so chalky, stony and iron-like in flavor. The grapes come from the top half of the steep estate vineyard slope. Grown on a combination of three soil types, the wine gives potent black pepper, ashes and iron to savor. So extreme and distinctive in style. Drink or hold.

The Wine Advocate:

Following up on my tasting prior to bottling, the 2023 Pinot Noir La Côte is the most filled-in and concentrated wine on the roster, showing its perennially high-toned, lifted aromatics that contrast its twisted, sinewy, seamless and lacy texture. The finish is weightless yet punchy and extravagant, concluding with beautiful purity and stunning length. As seen in previous vintages, one can glimpse the potential for evolution here in real time, as the wine ceaselessly morphs and adds additional layers of aromatic intrigue, refined structural grip and electric energy that harmonize impeccably. This is an incredibly impressive showing, and I am eager to follow its trajectory.
