Descripción
Villamarta es el gran vino del Corregidor en crianza biológica, una de las creaciones más ambiciosas de Willy Pérez. Durante el último año, se han removido las cabezuelas (lías de velo) para ponerlas en contacto con el vino, suavizando su sabor y redondeando el estilo de Tres Palmas, tal como se recuerda desde 1940 en Jerez. Producción limitada.

For Willy Pérez, the 2015 Villamarta is one of the finest wines he has ever produced. It would be a Tres Palmas, the oldest Fino, from a warm vintage, when the level of the barrels is quite low and the surface of contact with flor is greater, so the effect of the biological aging is more intense, because he likes it when that gives finesse to the wine and polishes its rusticity. The nose has a magnetic attraction—you keep going back to it because it changes every time you smell it, nuanced and complex, with the usual descriptors and new ones, pumpkin seeds, celery, curry, gunpowder, Reblochon rind, minty freshness... It has great complexity and even more elegance; it's intense, wide and long and has great texture on the mid-palate from the contained yields and work in the vineyard, like in all the great wines in the world. And this is a great world-class wine. Bravo! It comes in at 15.5% natural alcohol with 4.65 grams of acidity. 690 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2025. - Luis Gutiérrez.
Again made with fruit from Carrascal, the Villamarta is a Fino-amontillado which undergoes ten years of static ageing with flor. Lees stirring every two weeks brings structure to the mid- palate, and there is a lovely weight and velvety smoothness here. Classic aged Fino characters of apple skin, beeswax and quince with a complex, layered finish, at once chalky and salty. Very fine. 2025-2029. (Matthew Forster MW)

Uno de los mejores finos maduros que he probado jamás y también de los mejores blancos, ya que es de añada y no está fortificado. ENORME
