Koehler-Ruprecht firma este riesling seco procedente del emblemático viñedo Kallstadter Saumagen, en la región de Pfalz. Elaborado bajo criterios ecológicos, destaca por su estructura, precisión y frescura, con notas cítricas, fruta blanca y un marcado fondo salino que aporta tensión y longitud en boca. Gran potencial de guarda.

James Suckling:

Striking nose of rosehip and lime zest with delicate wild flower and herb aromas. Simultaneously structured and elegant, this dry riesling has remarkable concentration for just 11.5% alcohol. Long, silky, mineral finish. Drink or hold.

The Wine Advocate:

Bottled in early July the this year, the 2021 Kallstadter Saumagen Riesling Kabinett trocken is still young and a bit closed on the clear, deep and stony nose. Fine and very elegant on the palate, this is a round, lush, refined, firm and persistently salty Saumagen with a long and intense finish. This is a serious, sustainably intense Riesling with substance and terroir expression after a long hang-time. It needs tine, though. 11.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in August 2022.
