Opinión de los críticos
The 2023 Tabuca, the village Garnacha from their vineyards that average 40 years of age, also has the grapes that usually make Las Paradas, which was not produced in 2023 because of the low yields, and this has given it a little more tension. He wants to reflect the place, including the sun, which is an important component in the zone, but keeping the balance and freshness. The destemmed grapes fermented in large open-top bins with indigenous yeasts and matured in used 500-liter barrels. It's still a lower in alcohol than the 2022, with 14% this year, and it has notes of ripe berries without excess, aromatic plants and a spicy twist. It's medium- to full bodied, with a livelier mid-palate, and it's juicy but serious and has fine chalky tannins. 12,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in two lots, in November 2024 and March 2025.

Personalmente no acaban de gustarme mucho, los tintos que hay que enfriar más de lo normal. Y no es barato.
