Descripción

Si el viñedo de Rausch es la joya de la corona del Sarre, este kabinett es su expresión más pura y vibrante. Con un nivel de alcohol asombrosamente bajo (8%) y un equilibrio magistral entre el azúcar residual y una acidez eléctrica, este riesling es de lo más cautivador. En nariz despliega un perfume embriagador de frutas tropicales, especias y el carácter inconfundible de la pizarra. En boca es redondo, delicado y casi cremoso, pero con una tensión mineral que lo mantiene vertical y eterno. Un blanco que deleita hoy y que promete una capacidad de envejecimiento prodigiosa.

A great riesling kabinett with terrific vitality and extremely elegant acidity that give this a fantastic balance and accentuate the purity. Glides over the finish dispensing chamomile, mint and lemon balm aromas like a shower of rain. A delicate wine with great aging potential. Drink or hold.

The 2023 Rausch Kabinett is very precise and clear on the well-defined, precise and filigreed nose that intermingles very fine slate and bright fruit aromas. Juicy and savory on the palate, this is an intense and complex, gorgeously saline and filigreed Kabinett with black tea with milk and brown rock sugar aromas. It is weightless yet intense and irresistible. 8% stated alcohol and just below 50 grams per liter of residual sugar. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in August 2024 from AP 4 24.
