Este tinto de Manchuela está elaborado a partir de la Garnacha de un viñedo recuperado tras años de abandono. Fragante, fino y elegante, La Xara sorprende por su fluidez y mineralidad, contenido en alcohol y de gran frescura. Lo disfrutarás como un niño con zapatos nuevos.

They want their pure Garnacha 2019 La Xara to be Mediterranean but without a high alcoholic degree. In this early harvest, the grapes were very healthy and balanced, which is reflected in the wine, which is fresh and elegant, floral. It comes from a 35-year-old vineyard that is head pruned and dry farmed. It fermented with indigenous yeasts in open-top 4,500-liter oak vats, where it matured for seven months with lees. It has a bright, pale ruby color, with finesse, and is perfectly ripe without excess and with a fine thread in the palate, very fine-grained tannins and the faint rusticity of Garnacha. This always reminds me of the reds from Gredos, floral and with elegance and light. It's a wine that has been growing from the initial vintage.
