Descripción
Para la elaboración de este tinto joven en Artuke utilizan la técnica de la maceración carbónica, un método de elaboración tradicional e histórico en la Rioja Alavesa. Además, aunque no está certificado, llevan a cabo viticultura ecológica. Fermenta el racimo entero con el fin de obtener un vino muy frutal, poco corpulento y de paso fácil.

The eponymous 2024 Artuke is a juicy and tasty carbonic maceration red, a modern rendition of the classical "cosechero" wines. It is perfumed, aromatic and heady, with aromas of bubble gum and flowers and a velvety palate with almost unnoticeable tannins. It's a young and unoaked Tempranillo with some 5% white Viura grapes from the village of Baños de Ebro and was kept in concrete until it was bottled. 80,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in December 2024. This is a bargain to buy by the truckload and drink unashamedly. - Luis Gutiérrez.
A fresh, vibrant nose with potpourri, morello cherries, briar and flowers. Not complex but so pure and fruit-forward with chewy, stemmy tannins providing firmness. Ripe fruit gives a "sweet," approachable impression. 100% whole-cluster fermentation with carbonic maceration. Lovely. Drink now.
Not everyone can afford a bottle of La Condenada, alas, but this tasty entry-point carbonic maceration red is within everyone’s means. Made with cement-fermented and aged Tempranillo and 5% Viura, it’s a textbook expression of the style, with lovely focus, zip and minerality, whole bunch notes of clove and tobacco lead you into a joyous palate of raspberry, plum and wild strawberry. Lip-smackingly delicious. 2026-29.

excelente maceracion carbónica. vino joven con mucha potencia de sabor
Un Rioja con un sabor muy frutal, perfecto para todos los días, me ha gustado mucho.
