Descripción
Procedente de viñedos viejos de Monastrell cultivados de forma ecológica en la zona de Fontanars dels Alforins, pequeña localidad del suroeste de Valencia. Su creador es Rafael Cambra, quien borda este personal tinto que destaca por su boca fresca y sabrosa y una explosiva nariz de frutas rojas y especias dulces.

The 2023 Uno, a serious and Mediterranean red, was produced with Monastrell from 60-year-old vines in Fontanars del Alforins, one of the oldest vineyards of the variety in the village. It fermented with 50% full clusters and indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and had three weeks of maceration. It has a beautiful and perfumed nose, even floral, a more elegant expression of the grape. It matured in a 5,000-liter oak vat for 14 months. It's balanced and precise, clean and fresh, with a medium-bodied palate and fine tannins. It has a contained 13.5% alcohol, a pH of 3.6 and five grams of acidity. 6,600 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2025.
