Procedente de viñedos viejos de Monastrell cultivados de forma ecológica en Fontanars dels Alforins, pequeña localidad del suroeste de Valencia. Su creador es Rafa Cambra, quien borda este personal tinto que destaca por su boca fresca y sabrosa y una explosiva nariz de frutas rojas y especias dulces.

I was quite impressed by the nose of the 2016 Uno, which seems to follow the path of the 2015—ripe, serious, varietal and Mediterranean with notes of tree bark and underbrush. It has a full-bodied palate with some tannins that provide a little rusticity and also give it character. Enjoy in a large, Burgundy-style glass. 5,500 bottles were filled in May 2018. - Luis Gutiérrez.
This has a very unusual but enticing nose with a unique note of tee tree oil and spa essence. Fresh violets and lavender are packed in behind that. Very juicy and succulent, but seriously structured on the palate, where robust tannins take over and carry minerally, floral nuances long and chewy. Drink in 2023.
