Este tinto elaborado íntegramente con Nebbiolo presenta un  agradable e intenso perfume con recuerdos a violeta, regaliz con notas de fruta roja madura.

Viñedo y elaboración

Vinificación
Prensado suave y fermentación estática en tinas de roble con levaduras indígenas seleccionadas de las uvas de viñedos propios. Maceración durante treinta días.
Envejecimiento
Crianza en barriles de roble francés por 2 años con el mínimo de transvases indispensables.
Embotellado
No se efectúa ningún tipo de clarificación y estabilización químico-física antes del embotellamiento. Afinado en botella por al menos 12 meses.

The Wine Advocate:

The Barale Fratelli 2020 Barbaresco Serraboella has a beautiful bouquet with bright cherry, raspberry, kirsch and redcurrant. It offers lovely fruit intensity that is primarily red and fresh in character. There is a second wave of aromas with sweet almond, rose and spice. The ensemble is bright and punchy, and this Barbaresco does hit all the high marks. Production is 5,780 bottles.

Falstaff:

Intense ruby red with glints of purple. Intriguing nose, raspberries and cherries, lots of fresh herbs, mint and sage, some subtle iron notes. Compact and complex on the palate, smooth, both juicy and savoury, with an animated acidity, tight tannins, and a persistent finish.
