Aureo 1954 Dulce
Descripción
Delicioso vino dulce elaborado a partir de las variedades Garnacha blanca y tinta en la D.O. Tarragona. De color ámbar, recuerda al higo seco y a las pasas. Es un vino de referencia para celebraciones entrañables o para tomar solo en un momento de meditación. Conjuga muy bien con el queso fresco, turrones y membrillo.

"The NV Avreo Dulce Anejo Solera 1954 is taken from a solera started in 1954, which is fed with Macabeo and Garnacha Blanca, fortified to 20% alcohol with 150 grams of residual sugar. It has a dark amber color, slightly darker than the dry version of it, and the nose has an extra dimension of sweetness added to the aromas of dried nuts, olives, aromatic herbs, sweet spices, curry and varnished wood. The palate is full and unctuous, with perceptible sweetness and a pleasant bitter note at the end of the palate. 5,000 bottles produced per year. Drink now-2028.
De Muller was created in 1851. They might be better known by their Mas wine and as suppliers of the Vatican, but I asked to taste the traditional rancio and fortified wines, all of them from a mixture of vintages in the solera system that were outstanding. I was not surprised because I already knew them, but wanted to recommend them to you."
