Opinión de los críticos
The only white they produce (other than a few bottles of Malvasía), the 2021 Txuria is old Viura from the village of Dicastillo, and it’s quite expressive for the variety, which they handle in a simple way looking for a pure expression of the grape. It has 12.5% alcohol and a pH of 3.12. The wine matured for four months in used 400-liter barrels from Chablis, to keep the verticality in the grape, and it’s floral, fresh, vibrant (no malolactic) and pure, with a citrus touch and a salty twist in the finish. 2,987 bottles were filled in May 2022.

Excelente vino blanco para maridar con pescado y marisco.
Nariz elegante y compleja, fruta blanca, floral y notas de levaduras. En boca fresco, frutoso, acidez alta y final cítrico. Punzante
Espectacular con una merluza con almejas, repetiremos!
