Ligero pero seriamente estructurado por una acidez cristalina y un agarre mineral sabroso que dan como resultado una tensión y una emoción estimulantes. Final como un cosquilleo en el paladar y un punto acuoso de forma positiva, como un arroyo de montaña.

Se recomienda servir entre 7 y 10 ºC.
Consumo
Un vino para beber ahora pero con un gran potencial de guarda de más de 30 años.

The 2022 Riesling Kabinett is bright and clear on the spring-like, beautifully aromatic nose that represents the greatest talent of the 2022 vintage (for Kabinett style) as well as the Wasseros terroir in Kiedrich that is predestinated for Kabinett and particularly in a dry vintage like the 2022 due to its permanent water supply capacities. The 2022 is light yet seriously structured by crystalline acidity and savory mineral grip that results in stimulating tension and thrill. From the first 2022 releases, this is the most convincing Weil Riesling so far, and it is also delicious. Mouth-tickling and watery in a positive way, like a mountain stream.
