Falstaff:

A light cherry pink, ochre hues, brightening on the rim. Smoky, a fine touch of bergamot, yellow tropical fruit, subtle pear notes, a multi-faceted bouquet. Juicy, white stone fruit, good complexity, fresh, mineral-salty, lime in the aftertaste.

James Suckling:

Although this excellent natural wine tastes like quince paste and candied orange peel, it is emphatically dry, with a healthy base of fine tannins that make it feel slightly bigger and bolder than it really is (just 12% alcohol). Long, firm finish with a touch of tarte tatin character. Pinot gris and pinot blanc plus a little chardonnay and neuburger fermented on the skins for two weeks. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter and Respekt certification. Vegan. Unfiltered. Drink or hold.
