Nítida, fresca, potente y amplia. Regala irresistibles aromas de cítricos, de mango y de fruta de la pasión junto a notas herbáceas y de flores secas y apuntes salinos y minerales.

Pura, precisa y vibrante. Exhibe una gran concentración de sabores y un paso fresco, elegante y perdurable.

This smells like a whole room filled with fresh and dried flowers. Then, as it unfolds in the glass, wild-herb and dried citrus-zest aromas unfurl. In spite of the generous ripeness, this is tremendously elegant and focused, with a ton of crushed-stone minerality. So crystalline at the very fine and delicate finish. And the saline character adds yet another dimension to this extremely complex picture. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold.

Bottled in December last year, the 2020 Grand Cru Schlossberg Riesling offers pure and refined but also intense, lush and generous tropical fruit with passion fruit, papaya and mango aromas intertwined with the crystalline finesse and flintiness of the Schlossberg granite. Lush and round on the palate, this is a precise, saline and finely grippy Riesling with fine tannins and intense, sustainable fruit with stimulating bitters on the finish. It's salivating due to the really fine and crystalline acidity. 13.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in May 2022.
