Opinión de los críticos

Decanter:

60-year-old vines grown on a north-facing slope at 250m altitude. All destemmed, submerged cap, aged for two years in foudre then bottled without filtration. Cherry and raspberry on the nose, very pure and no overripeness. Harmonious, smooth, pure and well balanced. Elegant, with brisk tannins and a fresh finish.

Jeb Dunnuck:

The deep ruby/purple-hued 2017 Cairanne Col Du Debat is a pretty, elegant Cairanne that has outstanding potential. Plums, ripe berries, winter savory, and spring flower notes all flow to a medium to full-bodied, seamless 2017 that shows the fleshy, forward, pretty style of the vintage. It’s going to drink nicely right out of the gate.
