Opinión de los críticos

James Suckling:

Very good poise, tension and depth, with a light peppery, mineral and citrusy touch to the fruit. Good fruit here, with medium to full body and elastic, chalky tannins. There is something quite pure and transparent in the middle. So elegant, al-dente and long. An excellent wine from this difficult vintage. 70% merlot, 10% cabernet franc and 10% cabernet sauvignon. Picking between September 26 to October 8.

Bettane & Desseauve:

On mesure les progrès effectués par le cru sur un tel millésime : tannin soyeux, coeur de bouche bien garni, finale généreuse.

Decanter:

Fruity and vibrant, this is lovely, concentrated, round, ripe and generous with balanced acidity - bright but not severe - with fine tannins and lovely mineral, oyster shell salinity. It’s refined, there’s nice detail to the expression, but above all this balances texture and fullness with a sense of easy charm and a lifted, almost sweet liquorice aspect on the finish. Really great stuff. - Georgina Hindle.

Jeb Dunnuck:

A blend of 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2024 Château Bellefont-Belcier is deep purple-hued and opaque, showing remarkable purity in its black and blue fruits, graphite, crushed stone, and violet notes. Medium-bodied and concentrated on the palate, it has a pure, layered mouthfeel, beautiful tannins, and integrated acidity. This château continues to never put a foot wrong, and their 2024 will absolutely be worth your time and money.

La Revue du Vin de France:

Un vin en pleine forme, où se mêlent la belle maturité de raisins des coteaux sud, une finesse de style aromatique et tannique ainsi qu'une dynamique en bouche très appréciable à cette période. De bon augure pour la suite.

Vinous:

The 2024 Bellefont-Belcier is one of the best wines I have tasted here in some time. Dark and ample, but not at all overdone, the 2024 is impeccable in its balance. Hints of mocha, espresso, cloves and new leather meld into a core of dark-toned fruit. If the 2024 is representative of what is to come, this is an exciting time for Bellefont-Belcier. - Antonio Galloni.

Falstaff:

Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Blackberry fruit with delicate tobacco undertones, dark cherry, candied orange zest. Juicy, elegant, red berry texture, finesse-rich acidity, mineral-salty finish, remains persistent, a multi- faceted food companion with certain ageing potential.

The Wine Advocate:

The 2024 Bellefont Belcier is sensual and perfumed, unfurling in the glass with aromas of violet, mulberries, blackberries and spices mingled with a delicate reductive profile. Medium to full-bodied, enrobing and seamless, it's layered with good depth at the core and velvety tannins that lead to an energetic, calcareous-driven finish. This is a blend of 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. - Yohan castaing.
