Descripción

Divergente ist ein authentischer Wein, den man gut und gerne etwas zum Reifen hinstellen kann. Er wird aus Syrahreben aus dem Jahr 1955 hergestellt, fermentiert und in großen Fässern gelagert. Beim Geruch stechen Teeraromen hervor, die mit denen von schwarzen Oliven und dunklen Beeren vermischt sind. Zweifellos ein sehr interessanter Wein mit langer Lebensdauer.

The Wine Advocate:

Less immediately showy and approachable than the 2016 Persia, the 2016 Ventoux Divergente is tight and focused, deserving of a couple of years in the cellar. Smoke, black olive and plum notes dominate this full-bodied wine, picking up hints of espresso on the long, tannic finish.
