Attractive dried-strawberry aromas with a very assertive and lively palate that offers bright, fresh berries, as well as a crisp, gently nutty finish. Drink now.
This beautifully pale-pink-colored wine is crisp and dry, very much in the house style. Raspberries and tight acidity are part of a cool, tangy wine that is zesty and mineral textured.
This is aged for five years, but sees no oak in order to retain maximum freshness and fruit character. It has a pure red fruit aroma with some creamy lees notes. In the mouth, there's a dry, savoury edge to the fruit - elegant rather than opulent, with a smear of tannins from the inclusion of a small proportion of red wine. On the finish, some gentle spice is joined by deliciously moreish acidity which displays a lick of lime and a streak of minerality.
