Blanc de noirs de una mayoritaria Meunier de Cuchery y una Pinot noir de la localidad de Verpillières-sur-Ource. Con una destacada mineralidad, es un perfecto abrebocas y encontrará su lugar perfecto entre los aperitivos, especialmente con quesos salados como el pecorino. La nariz, algo inusual, destaca por sus aromas de frutas rojas, nueces, setas tipo colmenillas y notas terrosas.

Blending 60% Pinot Meunier from Cuchery with 40% Pinot Noir from Verpillières-sur-Ource, Copinet's current NV Blanc de Noirs Brut is based on the vintages 2014 and 2013. Bottled in May 2015 and disgorged in March 2017, the wine has a clear and delicate bouquet of red fruits, nuts, morels and earthy notes. Intense yet filigreed, pure and refined on the palate, this is a very elegant cuvée with a clean, pure, terribly fresh and well-structured finish with good mineral grip. Tasted April 2018.
This Pinot Noir is unmistakably rich, with intense black fruits and structure. The balance of white fruits is generous and touched by spice. Drink this wine now.
