The Wine Advocate (Mai 2011):

"Vall LLach’s entry-level 2008 Embruix, sourced from the estate’s younger vines, is composed of 30% Garnacha, 25% Carinena, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, and the balance Syrah and Merlot aged for 14 months in seasoned French oak. Opaque purple in color with an expressive nose of cedar, lavender, spice box, mineral, licorice, black cherry, and black raspberry, on the palate it is full-bodied, smooth-textured, and sweetly fruited with outstanding volume and length. This outstanding value can be approached now and over the next 8-10 years."
