La histórica bodega Dr. Bürklin-Wolf elabora este blanco con Riesling procedente de una parcela calificada como VPD. Erste Lage, distinguida por la naturaleza especial de su terroir y que es equiparable al Premier Cru francés. Este, en concreto, tiene una composición mayoritariamente caliza. Un vino que destaca por sus apuntes minerales en nariz y su paso por boca largo y maduro, aún siendo un vino joven y con una larga vida por delante.

The 2019 Wachenheimer Böhlig P.C. is pure and stony on the nose. On the palate, this is a dense and juicy yet crystalline, finessed and tightly structured, intense, quite powerful and slightly tannic Riesling with ripe stone fruit aromas and a long, charming finish. This 2019 Böhlig will make its way over the years. Tasted as a sample in April 2020.
Bundles of tropical flowers! Concentrated and suave, the warm and cool elements intertwine beautifully, until they become a silky, unified force in the very long finish. From biodynamically grown grapes with Biodyvin certification. Drink or hold.
