Descripción
Un monovarietal de Pinot noir procedente de viñedos situados en el centro del pueblo de San Paolo. Un tinto joven con notas de frutos rojos, cereza e interesantes toques especiados que también se manifiestan en boca. Equilibrado y con taninos suaves, es un acompañante ideal de quesos, setas y todo tipo de carne.

This reminds me a bit of very good Beaujolais with plenty of cherry, as well as interesting, spicy and minty notes. On the light side of medium-bodied with lively fruit and harmonious acidity, plus just a hint of tannin supporting the finish. Drink now.
The St. Pauls 2020 Alto Adige Pinot Nero is fresh and direct with forest berry, wild cherry and blue flowers. There are hints of sweet apricot and blood orange with delicate hints of licorice and smoke. This is a silky, lean-bodied expression, revealing a bright and vibrant personality that is especially evident in this youthful release of some 13,000 bottles. This would go well with an antipasto of charcuterie, olives, marinated artichokes and fresh pecorino.
