Descrição
Se encuentra a pocos pasos del pequeño pueblo medieval de Riparbella, en la ladera oeste de una colina frente al mar, rodeado de vegetación mediterránea que protege naturalmente el viñedo. Cultivado siguiendo las reglas biodinámicas.
Solo
Suelo de grava y arcilla, que da nombre a la bodega.
Colheita
Vendimia manual comenzó el 5 de agosto con la recogida del Merlot, y terminó el 21 de septiembre con la Petit verdot.
Vinificação
Las diferentes parcelas y variedades se vinificaron por separado en tanques de hormigón y madera, con fermentaciones espontáneas lentas y extracciones suaves.
Envelhecimento
Después de la fermentación maloláctica, se ensablaron los vinos seleccionados, y a continuación, el vino envejeció durante 14 meses en barricas con un 30% de roble nuevo. Tras la crianza, el vino reposa en depósitos de hormigón durante dos meses antes de embotellarlo y un año más en botella.

This is fresh and crunchy with notes of red and dark berries, as well as spices and citrus peel. Medium- to full-bodied. It is polished and velvety with toned acidity and a polished finish. 32% cabernet franc, 24% merlot, 19% cabernet sauvignon, 18% syrah and 7% grenache. Made from biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Try from 2026, but already beautiful.
