Van La Riva Fino Macharnudo

De Fino Macharnudo komt uit de legendarische wijngaard Macharnudo, een van de historische wijngaarden van de Marco de Jerez, waar de meest prestigieuze wijnen van de streek worden gemaakt. Deze complexe en elegante fino wil de oude smaken van de traditionele wijngaarden terugbrengen.

There's now also a solera that produces Fino from Macharnudo, the 2024 bottling of which is the NV Macharnudo Fino. This is the first bottling from a solera they started with some of their wines and some purchased botas; there are five botas in the solera. It's mostly Notario (80%) and La Cruz (20%). It is a textbook Macharnudo Fino with the opulence and volume, the aromas of esparto grass. It's around five years of age, but the concentration makes it look older than it is. 1,500 bottles produced.
