The Amaren Blanco only uses grapes from vineyards that are over 60 years' old, pairing Viura with 10% Malvasía Riojana and a splash of Tempranillo Blanco. Fermented and aged in amphoras, barrels, foudres and concrete, it has fine lees, subtle spices, a salty undertone and flavours of lime, quince and pink grapefruit. 2024-28
