De Arboledilla -serie van Barbadillo is gemaakt voor mensen die van bloemige wijn houden. Deze geweldige Manzanilla Pasada en Rama komt uit het beste gebied van Sanlúcar en heeft tussen de 5 en 6 jaar gerijpt.

The NV Arboledilla Poniente Manzanilla Pasada En Rama, from the Saca Junio 2017, is a Manzanilla aged in the cooler side of the Arboledilla winery, in the west facing the sea, where they keep the windows open to capture the sea breezes. This is the usual configuration of the Sherry wineries, but what is extraordinary here is that this cave is 180 meters long and the contrast from one side to the other is greater than in most wineries. The wines aged in the east and the wines aged in the west are very different, and they wanted to capture those differences and show them to the public. - Luis Gutiérrez.
De geschiedenis van Barbadillo gaat terug tot 1821, het jaar waarin ze begonnen met het maken van manzanilla. Sindsdien zijn ze altijd bezig geweest met het zoeken naar wijnen die verrassen en indruk maken.
