The NV Arboledilla Poniente Manzanilla Pasada En Rama, from the Saca Junio 2017, is a Manzanilla aged in the cooler side of the Arboledilla winery, in the west facing the sea, where they keep the windows open to capture the sea breezes. This is the usual configuration of the Sherry wineries, but what is extraordinary here is that this cave is 180 meters long and the contrast from one side to the other is greater than in most wineries. The wines aged in the east and the wines aged in the west are very different, and they wanted to capture those differences and show them to the public. - Luis Gutiérrez.
La storia di Barbadillo risale al 1821, quando iniziò a produrre manzanilla. Da allora, non ha smesso di evolversi, sempre alla ricerca di vini che sorprendono e lasciano il segno.
