The 2021 David exhales a beautifully refined bouquet of lemon, white fruits and spring flowers with a lactic touch. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and round, it has a fleshy core of fruit, sumptuous dry extracts, delicate texture and elegant notes of spices and oak on the finish. This wine, crafted from loamy, sandy soils and matured one year in a wooden tank, is a real success.

Decanter:

From a north-facing site on sand and limestone, Clos David begins with a gently creamy, smoky nose that leads into a palate with detailed texture. Fine oak and chalky minerality are overlaid with generous, honeyed fruit that opens up in the mouth, finishing with a spicy, peppery finish and intense, mineral length.
