José Pariente Cuvée Especial 2022

Grapes come from two vineyards planted in 1930, in total 2,5ha of bush vines growing on sandy soils. Martina Pariente uses concrete eggs to ferment and age the wine for ten months on lees which contributes to a lively and vibrant texture, as well as the full expression of the variety. This is a herbaceous and herbal Verdejo with a touch of balsamic and bay leaf. It offers great tension and drive. 2024-29
