The Wine Advocate :

The 2022 El Muelle de Olaso is their lightest of the whites. It's pure Palomino with little effect from the aging in bota, cropped from their warmest vintage ever. It fermented 80% in stainless steel and 20% in bota after being sun dried for a few hours. The two wines were blended and matured in stainless steel for six months. It has 13.5% alcohol and 4.65 grams of acidity and a bone-dry finish. It has some honeyed notes, hints of caramel, wide and powerful, with a palate that is reminiscent of a Sherry. It has the taste of the esparto grass and the chalky soils. A real bargain. 42,000 bottles and 150 magnums produced. It was bottled in February 2023.
