The organic 2022 L’Ancestral Rosé is a sparkling wine made with Sumoll grapes and produced by the ancestral method, with only 11.5% alcohol and a pH of 2.94 and very high acidity (8.1 grams). This is their more radical expression of Sumoll, which finished fermenting in bottle. It's fresh and young, with citrus and yeast notes, with abundant bubbles. 7,230 bottles produced.
