On the nose this shows balsamic notes with plenty of dark fruit character. The palate is chewy, with a good backbone of acidity, tense fruit and a lovely, austere finish. From organically grown grapes. Drink now.

The 2021 Pueblo de Lavia has a nose of iron, earth and berry fruit and a medium to full-bodied palate with fine-grained chalky tannins. It's ripe without excess, Mediterranean and with a touch of rusticity.
