Camino del bosque 2021

There is a meaty and wild side to the 2021 Camino del Bosque, a red blend of 75% Garnacha, 20% Cariñena and 5% of the local Vidadillo, a village wine from Almonacid de la Sierra. It fermented in different materials by variety and also matured separately in oak and concrete for some 20 months. It has a dark and earthy profile, with notes of black fruit and spice and a slightly dusty character, with some rusticity. It has 14.2% alcohol and a pH of 3.45 with 4.87 grams of acidity. 15,400 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2024.
