100% Hondarrabi Zuri from the Valle de Arrastaria. The wine has been aged five months on lees which adds some palate weight and complexity. It is a fuller expression of the variety but vibrant with yellow fruit, wild fennel and a touch of spice. A serious and gastronomic Txakolí. 2024 - 2026
