Ijalba have made something of a speciality out of Graciano, with around a quarter of their vineyard planted to the variety. Lavender, iron and fresh blood aromas segue into a serious, grippy, herbal palate complemented by perfumed French and American oak. Chewy, intense and full of personality. 2023-30
