Pazo Cilleiro sources the grapes for this wine from a series of small parcels in the Salnés Valley. Fresh, bright and well balanced, with no sign of the heat of the 2022 vintage, this is a crisp, easy-going style with layers of aniseed, wet stone, passion fruit and lime and a tangy dry finish. 2023-26

Attractive seashell brininess with minerals, green apples and a zesty, limey accent. Tangy and salty on the palate, with a medium body and a crisp, medium-long finish. Not complex but very gastronomic. Drink now. Screw cap.
