"The 2015 Chardonnay Fermentado en Barrica was harvested at night and fermented in new French barriques where it aged for some nine months. It is a classic of the category, with leesy and yeasty aromas, hints of smoke, quite balsamic and with a palate that shows the chalky minerality of the soils. The palate is medium-bodied, with good freshness, with balsamic flavors and good freshness".
