They are releasing the 2018 CastellRoig So Blanc Magnum in 1.5-liter bottles. It's a Xarel.lo wine produced with grapes from different vineyards with three different soils. It matured with lees for seven months. It's a wine that showcases the varietal character of the grape, spicy, with notes of aniseed, fennel and white fruit, with freshness and a mineral and salty finish. It comes in at 12% alcohol, with a pH of 3.3 and 6.2 grams of acidity. 159 magnums were filled in August 2019. It's evolving slowly.
