Behind the monastery of San Clodio, Finca Os Loureiros is a 25-year-old single vineyard of Treixadura. Grapes are harvested 15 days earlier than Armán’s Finca Misenhora, and fermented in 500L barrels where it is also aged for 6 months. The wine is driven by piercingly fresh acidity with a direct, vertical structure and elegant pear and lemon fruit. A fine white wine which will reveal more with time.
