The wine formerly sold as Ú is now the 2022 Brut Nature Serres d'Ordal, pure Xarel.lo refermented in bottle and kept with lees for no less than 25 months. It has a bright yellow color and a subtle and elegant nose, a solid palate, very balanced, clean and precise, tasty and with a salty twist in the finish. 17,000 bottles produced.
