José Alonso uses a mixture of 50% new French oak and acacia barrels to ferment this stylish, understated Albariño from four separate plots close to the bodega in Crecente. Gently savoury, with aromas of nutmeg and ginger spice, it unfurls flavours of lime and greengage on the palate, complemented by a hint of bitterness. 2023-27
