This single vineyard Syrah comes from a family winery with the collaboration of Louis Geinaerdt and Eugenie Van Ekeris from Axial Vinos. Sustainability is key here – the winery has Eco-Prowine certification for its low CO2 emissions. Grapes here are foot trodden in open lagars and the wine spends 12 months in barrel. Certainly there is intense oak character here but it is good quality and seemingly fine grained. The wine is meaty, plummy, and as it opens up with time, full of beautiful blackberry and raspberry fruit. 2024 - 2027

Excelente vino para acompañar al magret de pato.
3,75☆ para uno de mis vinos favoritos , que confío se conviertan en 4, en cuanto lo vuelva a beber en unos cuantos meses !!!
Vaya delicia de Syrah!,incluso por debajo de los 16°C,puro matorral Mediterráneo,taninos firmes pero domados.Repetido agosto 21,aún mejor !
