The Pio Cesare 2018 Barbera d'Alba Superiore Fides Vigna Mosconi offer a complete package of Barbera aromas with black fruit, tilled earth and sweet plum or blackberry. This expression offers a larger span of aromas and flavors compared to many of its peers from this vintage. The cooler 2018 growing season was not a great friend to Barbera, a grape that prefers warmth and lots of sunshine. A slim 7,000 bottles of this vintage were produced.
