De Garnacha, de meest traditionele rode druivensoort van Spanje, is de absolute ster van deze rosé blanc de noir, zoals de wijnmakerij SotoManrique'm zelf omschrijft. Het is een wijn uit Cebreros, speciaal voor mensen die op zoek zijn naar iets anders en origineels. Een verfrissende wijn met een verfijnd en dynamisch concept , gemaakt door directe persing en gisting zonder contact met de schillen om zijn kenmerkende bleke kleur te krijgen

Bekijk
Heel lichtroze kleur met amberkleurige roze schitteringen. Helder, zuiver, transparant en heel bijzonder.
Neus
Een elegante, complexe en frisse geur, met typische tonen van rode vruchten, aardbei, kers, jasmijn en balsamico.
Mond
Licht in de mond, maar super fris, complex en langdurig, rond en lekker. Aromatische en geurige afdronk.
Bedrijfstemperatuur
Het wordt aanbevolen om het te serveren tussen 10 en 12 ºC.
Koppelen
Leuk om te drinken als aperitief of bij vis (rode tonijn, zalm), rijstgerechten, pasta of kaas.

The very pale rosé 2023 Naranjas Azules Garnacha was produced like a blanc de noirs from old-vine Garnacha, without skin maceration, only with the juice from the direct pressing, and it fermented at low temperature in concrete and was bottled unoaked. It's not a shy wine, with 14% alcohol, keeping very good freshness and notable acidity. This is always expressive, extroverted and clean, and this year, it has a little darker color (the grapes were smaller, so there's a different ratio of juice to skin) and notes of rose petals and herbs. It has a chalky texture and good freshness and is bone dry, with a bitter twist in the finish. 30,000 bottles and 600 magnums produced. It was bottled in March 2024.
